Payment
- Lisa currently accepts credit cards via PAYPAL. This does NOT require a PAYPAL account, so please don’t be discouraged by this payment method. It is considered one of the most secure of online payment options.
- If you’d like to arrange an alternate method of payment, please call Lisa directly to discuss.
Shipping Methods
- All LL designs that are in stock will be shipped within 1 to 3 days of payment confirmation.
- A flat shipping and handling fee of $7 will be charged for delivery within the U.S. This will include your jewels are insured for the value of the items and provide a tracking number. Delivery is normally between 3-7 business days.
- Expedited shipping is available upon request — please call prior to placing your order to verify appropriate additional fees.
- If you are searching for that fabulous jewel for a special occasion (with a tight timeframe), it’s best to give Lisa a call to make sure the design you’re eyeing is currently in stock. We’ll do everything possible to deliver on time
- If you are purchasing a gift, please send a separate email to CustomerService@Lisalebowdesigns.com with the recipient's address. We'll include a gift card with personal message upon request.
Backorders
If an item is on backorder, you’ll be notified via email (within 48 hours) as to the waiting period. You’ll then have the choice to wait for the item to become available or to cancel the purchase. Most back order items should be sent within 30 days, at the most.
Sales Tax
A sales tax of 9.75% is added to all orders shipped within California.
Limited Quantity
Select designs within each Lisa Lebow Collection are designated as either “limited quantity” or one-of–a-kind and cannot be duplicated. The components of these pieces are handpicked, with limited quantities available. From time to time you will see a similar version, but it won’t be identical. We will try to keep the availability status current, but there may be some lag time in updating the site. We’ll notify you within 24 hours if the item selected has been sold and whether a similar design is available.
Layaway
We do not offer lay away payments at this time.
Retail Returns
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your LL jewelry and understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out as planned. Returns are accepted within 10 days of original purchase date and must be postmarked within that timeframe for a full refund.
- All returned items must be in new condition, unworn and with no visible signs of defects or damage. Returned items must be packaged in well padded and protected box to insure damage does not occur during return shipping. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and cannot be reimbursed.
- An authorization to return number must be issued by our customer service office prior to returning item(s), so please contact us directly at 415-710-3602 to arrange the return.
Alterations
Please consider altering the jewelry to better fit your needs. Perhaps it’s as simple as lengthening the chain. Additional fees may be added for alterations, but will be determined by Lisa on a case by case basis. You will be notified of the alteration fee prior to beginning the process.
Custom Orders
- Custom design is Lisa’s specialty. If you like a specific design but would like it customized prior to initial shipment (alternate length, bead color, etc.), or perhaps you have a completely different design in mind that we can collaborate with you on bringing to life, please just call to discuss.
- All custom orders require full payment upfront and are not eligible for return. We will however work with you to make sure the design meets your full satisfaction.
Jewelry Care
Your LL designs are handmade with care and should be given special attention when not being adorned by you. Whenever possible, lay jewelry flat and simply store in an airtight container (a plastic bag will do wonders, especially for your chains) to avoid tarnishing of metals and scratching of gemstones or other embellishments. Some LL designs are more delicate then others, but none is meant for tugging by small children, pets or partners. Although it may take an extra minute, it’s highly suggested to remove your LL jewelry before jumping in the pool, bath or shower or any other activity that may cause undo stress.
Many women don’t realize that daily rituals, like using hairspray and perfume, can permanently ruin some gemstones (especially pearls) and will quickly dull sterling silver and most other metals. Please spray with caution when this applies.
Should you need to clean or polish your jewelry, please do so gently. Sterling silver can easily be brightened up with a clean, soft cotton cloth and silver jewelry polish (to remove tarnish). Gemstones should not be placed in any kind of cleaning solution, despite instructions otherwise on the bottle. The chemicals can actually dull the surface of the stones. A clean cloth can be used with warm water to gently remove any dirt or smudge.
