Meet Lisa Lebow

Lisa Deane's "stage" name, Lisa Lebow Designs, stems from her mom's maiden name, Lebow. Lisa follows the lineage of Lebow women in their passion and work within the fashion industry and wanted to give tribute to the inspiration these women had on her life.

The Journey:

From elegant to urban glam, Lisa's handmade jewelry designs have been traveling via trunkshows from her home base in San Francisco to L.A. to Las Vegas for the past few years. As with many emerging designers, what started out as a whim, making handmade gifts for friends and family, has evolved into a creatively rewarding career. Paired with Lisa's work as a wardrobe stylist with San Franciso's Urban Darling; she's living her dream job everyday!

When asked about design inspiration, Lisa replies, “accessories should have no rules or boundaries." I design for the woman who, like me, might wear pearls to work during the day and go all Rock and Roll glam on the weekends; a woman who likes to convey style with her jewel adornments, but doesn’t want to necessarily conform to one ‘look’ everyday.“

In the words of fashion icon Coco Chanel, "Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening." With this in mind, Lisa's designs translate trends into practical, everday style, allowing a woman to express herself at that very moment in time.
